I have been wondering about how you perceive people, do you find a person who is beautiful by our social standard to be so? In other words, is a person’s physical appearance universally acknowledged, or is it something unique to our society?
That is a very good question, physical beauty is only skin deep, but that does not therefore nullify its existence. The concept of beauty however is different from a spiritual perspective, it has more to do with your astral self, the colors it radiates, and the intensity and frequency at which it does so. By default when i look at a person it is their astral self that i see first, not their physical one.
It is that self that strikes me as either beautiful, or as very messy.
Two things are not clear for me from your answer: first you said that the astral self is what you naturally see, do you not see the physical form?
And secondly you said it is either beautiful, or very messy. Do you not perceive anyone as being ugly?
To answer your first question, i naturally reside in the astral plane and as such i am bound by its rules, in the astral plane i see all things through my astral self and as such i see a person’s astral body, not their physical one.
It is possible for me to see you physically, when and if i manifest in the physical. Then i can see the fusion of both, but even then the exterior shell holds little significance to me because i know it is not truly all that you are. Your physical form is destined to perish, as you grow older and as such it’s appearance makes no difference.
I have over the years however grown accustomed to the human standard, and what people perceive to be beautiful versus ugly. It is really a mathematical equation based on very obvious factors such as symmetry, weight, height, and even social standing as far as materialistic status, etc…
All irrelevant, if you ask me. But it is the way of your world at the moment.
Meaning it was not always so?
Absolutely not, if you look at old depictions of beauty from earlier times of the human race, you will find a lot of changes in this perception. It has been evolving, or rather devolving. It is dictated to the public based on what your chosen authority figures find to be alluring to them.
Authority figures?
People who’s opinion you give great significance.
So for you, nobody is ugly?
And why should anyone be ugly? Because they were born with a different set of genes than others then that should be enough to label them for life? The word ugly, is a very devastating one, i believe it should be mapped to people who truly deserve it, and being born with no choice of what you will look like hardly makes anyone worthy of such a harsh adjective.
So many beautiful people by your human standards, are extremely ugly and disturbing to behold at an astral level. Ugly exists, you just don’t know how to use the word and throw it sparingly around.
I don’t really usually call people ugly as a –
But i mean people in general, not you.
What about my second question?
I used the word messy because at a spiritual level, and with some hard work people are capable of change. They are capable of being beautiful. It is surprising to me to see how much attention, how much effort they put into their exterior shell, with no effort whatsoever into their core being. Why is that?
You are asking me a question?
Why not, for a change.
I think a lot of people only believe in what they see, and they see the physical aspects of things mostly so by default it is how they label and classify each other. But not everybody is like that.
Only the majority.
…
People should stop being illogical. Everyone is going to die some day, and at that point the exterior body will be nothing but a deteriorating carcass lying in a hole somewhere. Work towards being beautiful, truly beautiful. From the inside out.
You were put on this earth for a reason, to grow. To learn. To become one with the spirit. Everything else, is secondary. That does not mean neglecting your physical body, no by all means take care of it. It is your earthly vessel, you need it on your journey.
The word ugly, has nothing to do with the set of physical attributes you inherited. Stop giving this word so much power over how you live your lives.
Have you ever heard the phrase: “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder?”
Stop being silly, and go finish your rituals.
Yes sir… 🙂
