People are much like computer programs, except that they write their own code. They spend much of their youth refining this code, until at some point they hit the “compile” command, and that’s it. Mission accomplished.
The problem however, is that most (if not all) programmers make mistakes. They revise their code, refine their programs, and release updates. I’ve seen softwares going up to 30 different versions, always improving, always evolving. We as human beings though, sadly do not. Once we compile, and have what we assume to be a clear set of moral ethics, rules of behavior, a sense of goal and purpose, a belief system, it is in our nature to take those as solid known facts, and use them as a corner stone moving forward with our lives.
I say they’re all variables. Assume no givens, and trust nothing, including your own written code. For only then, do you have a shot at refining your core operating system, and making it better. Do not look back at why or how you wrote the code, just ask yourself, is this the best way for the program to be written? And in many cases, the answer will be no.
Do not be afraid to make changes. Life is all about change, all about learning from what we have already done. Have no regrets, live fearlessly, and for god’s sake, compile as often as you need to! Release those updates!

I believe one should keep changing, to the better that is. Since we always make mistakes, them we should change in not making those mistakes. when we learn from our mistakes, we build our personality as well. I believe personally i did change drastically from before. maybe people do not see that, but some things remain within one self that does not show to everyone else, or that shows to very few people like brothers and best friends. What are best friends ? Through time i’m learning that really even best friends betray you. As my big brother Moe told me once, there is no such thing as friends, only brothers are the true people you can count on. He does not mean their are no friends, but he means the only people you can fully count on are you brothers. And he means the bond we 3 brothers have: Moe, Ahmad, and me. Truly i’m always proud of the bond we have that i find rarely between brothers.
As you my brother Ahmad, i gained many lessons about friends from you as well; which is mainly that friends keep changing and only 2 or 3 remain with you for life. maybe 1 sometimes you never know…
These friends come and go based on many factors. one of them is their character. you start the friendship then you start finding things in that friend you never thought he had. Some of these things are selfishness, which everyone has sometimes, but one can still control. in many cases, selfishness is what made those “friends” lose me.
As my brother here said many people just build their character and never change it anymore. They also keep believing some wrong things they do are right and vise verse. Everyone should understand that change can happen even to the opposite.
All I will say Is Ditto! 🙂
